Constitution

The fundamental laws establishing the Learning Research Statistics and Coding Club.

We, the members of the Learning Research Statistics and Coding Club (LRSAC) of Gumaca National High School, inspired by the ideals of academic excellence, leadership, and service, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws to establish an effective, inclusive, and sustainable student organization.

Section 1. Name: The organization shall be known as the Learning Research Statistics and Coding Club (LRSAC) of Gumaca National High School.

Section 2. Vision: To be the leading organization in nurturing student leaders and promoting excellence in learning, research, statistics, and coding.

Section 3. Mission: To empower members with opportunities for growth through innovative projects, training, and community engagement.

Purpose: Established to empower students with advanced skills in learning strategies, research methods, statistical analysis, and coding.

Objectives:

  • To Promote Excellence in competencies through interactive activities.
  • To Encourage Innovation and Critical Thinking to real-life problems.
  • To Foster Collaboration and Teamwork.
  • To Prepare for Academic and Career Success in STEM fields.
  • To Advocate for Digital Literacy and Research Culture.
  • To Serve the School and Community through outreach.
  • To Recognize and Motivate Excellence.

Core Values: Respect, integrity, teamwork, inclusivity, and academic honesty.

Expected Behavior: Members must act with courtesy and professionalism. Resources shall be used responsibly. Dishonesty or misconduct is subject to disciplinary action.

Eligibility: Open to all bona fide students of Gumaca National High School interested in learning, research, statistics, or coding.

Rights: To participate in activities, vote, and be nominated for office.

Duties: To uphold this Constitution and participate actively in meetings and projects.

The officers shall consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Public Information Officer (PIO), and Protocol Officer.

Duties:

  • President: Leads and represents the club.
  • Vice President: Assists and assumes President’s duties if absent.
  • Secretary: Keeps minutes and records.
  • Treasurer: Manages finances.
